You have 72 hours to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For generating returns/exchange- Please e-mail us at with RETURNS/EXCHANGE as a subject line and reason of return in the email with order no. product code & date of purchase.

After approval of the request, we will ask you to dispatch the product.

After the product is received by our team, it is examined against your claim. Replacement or refund of the product is initiated after that. Replacement of the product depends entirely upon the availability of the stock.

It takes a time of around 1-3 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. The exact time depends on the nature of the product and your location.

To send your product back to its original place, you may have to bear the courier cost.

Please note- Some products are not eligible for returns due to some uncontrollable facts, So you have to drop us a mail with the product code; before purchasing it- So that you could be able to know whether the product is eligible for Returns, eligible for exchange only, not eligible for returns or exchange.

Some products are custom made, Like- personalized naming bangles. You cannot return or exchange them as they are specifically designed as per your specification.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

Estimated Shipping Time

Each order we receive will be processed within 48 to 72 hours, It will take about 5-7 days to be delivered after shipping in India and Overseas. Bridal Name Bangle takes more time about 5-7 days to be shipped and 5-7 days more (Total:- 10-14 days) to be delivered after shipping in India and Overseas.  We will also keep you informed about the status of the shipment by our business mail. Our customer service executives are always there at your service to resolve your queries related to the shipment. If you have any doubts, just give us a call and we will help you unconditionally.

About Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping is free within India.
  2. For overseas shipping charges starts from approx. 1200 INR. Or 20 USD and above as per country zone shipping.

Note: The time mentioned for actual delivery of the product is estimated. Actual delivery time may vary from the estimated time. The actual delivery time depends upon  the availability of the product at the merchant’s place, the place where the product is to be delivered, dependability of the courier services, weekends and other circumstances that might affect the time of the delivery. is not responsible for delay in delivery in some cases like- Natural disaster, un-availability of receiver at the given delivery address or some other unusual incident. But buyer is still responsible to return the parcel- If it reaches after 15 days of placing the order, Please note- Custom made products will not be returned in any case, as they are designed specifically for a specific customer.

Colour Disclaimer

Most of the stones used in our products are translucent i.e. they allow some amount of the light to pass through it, which is why they have a little wide array of colors reflection in some cases which might become more darker or brighter in color depending on what kind of light they are being seeing in.

You might even find the difference in multiple pictures of a single product. For instance; when kept over a base/table the colour of the stones might seem to be on darker side, whereas when hung it might get a little brighter because of more light finding its way to pass through it when hung. But instead of editing the colours to make them match. We preferred keeping it real to deliver the right picture to you and help you making the right choice.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

B.L Wedding Emporium is known for its quick item delivery services, but still there are a few instances when we may have to cancel the orders placed by our clients. The main reasons behind the cancellation of your consignment are:

 Unavailability of the product on the merchant’s behalf that you may have ordered.

  • If the product goes out of stock.
  • Limited availability or limited product quantity.
  • Restricted quantity or restrictions on the number of orders as per the terms and conditions of the company.
  • Errors in product pricing or promotional inaccuracies.
  • Any problem suspected by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • Wrong Or incomplete address provided by customer.
  • Locations that are not within our service zone.

We may ask for additional information and verification before accepting a certain order. If we intend to cancel any of the orders placed by our clients, we will let them know by contacting them over the phone or our business email services. If we require any additional details, we will contact you soon to get additional information related to you that is important to accept your order.

We refund the amount charged by our clients as soon as we cancel their order. We maintain the privacy of our clients and do not share their information with any third party.

Cancellations by the Customer

If the order is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of the placing of order and if the order has not been processed by us, we will readily cancel the order and make the refund as soon as possible. We are sorry to mention that the orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us, will not be cancelled.
